This does not make sense to us. It is not technically a problem at all. S maybe you have a Market Depth Historical Graph study on a chart which only works on service package 5 or higher, and there is some performance issue using it in your case for some reason.

We will remove the trial, but it is not something we can do immediately. Will be later in the day.

all my es charts did not transfer over
the data is delayed on the trial
pkg 3 (my previous) doesnt allow for MDHG that im aware of
The trial pkg 12 doesnt have real time data?
I set my data source to SC Data (all services)

We do not understand this clearly but make sure the symbols are set correctly. Refer to this Edit menu command to translate the symbols:

Nothing has changed
1. I still have delayed SC data
2. when I try to switch to rithmic I get "not enabled on package"
3. now when I open my shrt cut it has changed the name of my account
I need this taken care of asap

For Rithmic, you need to be on service package 10 or higher. Refer to the instructions below to change to this service package.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

If Im reading your post correctly, I cannot go back to rithmic data (pkg 3)?
I have to contact amp/rithmic to discontinue data?
Is there a way to revert back to my old settings (pkg3,v.1978,rithmic data)?
I was quite content with pkg 3, what data feeds can be used with it?

No Rithmic is not supported on Service Package 3.

No. There is not proper support for Rithmic in older versions.

Yes you will not want to use Rithmic market data and instead the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data:

If I understand correctly i will need:
1 denali (or CQG)?

We definitely do not recommend using CQG. If you are doing live trading in the CME group of markets, we recommend using the Teton order routing service:

And changing to a broker that supports this service. They are listed at step 2 in the set up instructions.

You will save on transaction fees with this service and have the best order routing and market data.

related issue
I have RT data but the trade window reverts back to sim when i try and enter
This is happening on amp as well as IB
Secondly, when I switched over to denali my accnt said I had 51 days (a week ago)
Now I have a message stating that Im under funded
This nightmare is on its second week and I still cant trade!

This would be because you do not have Sierra Chart connected to a Trading service. You need to connect it to a Trading service as explained here:

What service do you want to use? Interactive brokers?

And be sure to translate the symbols when you do.

This is to pay for the exchange fee. It is just 3.50. You just need to make a payment of 3 USD. But you should add more rather than making a lot of small payments.

What am I doing wrong?
I have re-upped with denali data and my agreements are up to date

The first thing you need to do is to be connected to your trading account. If you are using CQG, then refer to the Setup Instructions here:

Or, if you are using Interactive Brokers, then follow these instructions:

Note that if you have accounts with both brokers and are wanting to trade both accounts, then we recommend using two separate installations of Sierra Chart, one for CQG and one for IB. Refer to the information here:

After you get the above setup, then go through the following to ensure that you are properly setup to get the Denali data with your trading service setup:

And finally, after this is all done, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that you have the correct symbols for the service you are using.
