This nightmare is on its second week and I still cant trade!
You can 100% attribute this to CME. Not us.

I have RT data but the trade window reverts back to sim when i try and enter
This would be because you do not have Sierra Chart connected to a Trading service. You need to connect it to a Trading service as explained here:

What service do you want to use? Interactive brokers?

And be sure to translate the symbols when you do.

Now I have a message stating that Im under funded
This is to pay for the exchange fee. It is just 3.50. You just need to make a payment of 3 USD. But you should add more rather than making a lot of small payments.
