Hello, I have package 11 now in Sierra and from ApexTrading and Leeloo Rithmic. What exactly do I have to book in addition so that I can see a chart again? Which version do I need and do I enter the same 3 times in the data?

First, make sure you update to the latest release. The image you are showing is from an interim version that is not the latest support for the new Rithmic interface.

Once you do that, then you will need to enter your Username and Password for each of the Market Data entries. You should be fine after that.

Yes, you need to connect to your real money account at least once a month in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group data. It looks like you have already done this, so you should be good. Just remember to do it each month.

Hello. I have a real time CQG account hooked to Sierra Currently with a level 12 package, and I also Have Sierra Denali Data to run the charts, Non-pro full book.

I now also have a Rithmic account that is through LeeLoo prop firm and I would like to connect it to Sierra for chart trading, However when i connect Rithmic in the Data there are no servers available to choose from in the Rithmic Drop down so its not allowing me to connect to Rithmic. Does the support team have a solution for this? Please advise

Yes, this is good and we can see that you have connected to this account and the CME nonprofessional data is now authorized and can be used with Rithmic.

However when i connect Rithmic in the Data there are no servers available to choose from in the Rithmic Drop down so its not allowing me to connect to Rithmic.
In our experience this is just a temporary issue with the Rithmic server providing the list of their servers. Try again following the instructions here:

hello there i have a live account and i am trying to use that data but trade through my prop account. every time i do it switching me to sim and i have tried everything is there anything else i can try

In terms of the system switching you to "Simulation Mode", that would occur if you were not connected to a trading service, but rather had your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. You would need to have your service set to one of your Rithmic accounts. Refer to the Setup Instructions for Rithmic at the following link:

But in terms of data, you can not receive data from one Rithmic account and trade another Rithmic account at the same time. You either get data from the trading service you are connected to (at that time) or you get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed (which does allow you to be connected to an external trading service and still get data).

Separately, we see that you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts from our Denali Exchange Data Feed active for your account. But you have not connected Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify the account for the Non-Professional CME Requirement. the issue is i am can not figure out how to be connected to the sc data and still trade my rithmic account. I have an futures account with phillip capital that was bought out by ninja trader so i made a stage 5 account. also thank you for getting back to me

If you have an account with Stage 5 have them set you up on the Teton order routing service to authorize the CME data:

This way you will be able to receive the CME real-time data when connecting with Rithmic assuming you are not connecting to a real live trading account through Rithmic and only a paper trading account.
