In terms of the system switching you to "Simulation Mode", that would occur if you were not connected to a trading service, but rather had your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. You would need to have your service set to one of your Rithmic accounts. Refer to the Setup Instructions for Rithmic at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions But in terms of data, you can not receive data from one Rithmic account and trade another Rithmic account at the same time. You either get data from the trading service you are connected to (at that time) or you get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed (which does allow you to be connected to an external trading service and still get data). ----- Separately, we see that you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts from our Denali Exchange Data Feed active for your account. But you have not connected Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify the account for the Non-Professional CME Requirement.
