Hello. I have a real time CQG account hooked to Sierra Currently with a level 12 package, Yes, this is good and we can see that you have connected to this account and the CME nonprofessional data is now authorized and can be used with Rithmic.However when i connect Rithmic in the Data there are no servers available to choose from in the Rithmic Drop down so its not allowing me to connect to Rithmic. In our experience this is just a temporary issue with the Rithmic server providing the list of their servers.
