hello! when I place a real trading order, the program automatically creates a simulation order and switches to the simulation trading mode. I unchecked the trade settings-simulation trading model, but for some reason I can't place a real order?

I have a real account from an AMP broker, setup of denali SQG from AMP, paid subscription to SBOT CME. But for some reason, when I try to open a real order, the program automatically switches to simulation trading mode. What can I have with the settings?

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, which is why it keeps switching you back to Simulation mode. You need to have your service set to CQG. Refer to the instructions at the following link for how to setup your system to connect to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Note that you have to exit any Sub-Instances and setup the main instance to connect to CQG, then you can restart your Sub-Instances.

Also, after you open your chartbooks in each instance after having made the change to CQG, you will need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update the symbols in the charts to the CQG symbols. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

I want to ask to you, is the data of the CQG WebAPI the same as the SC Data All Services and the Denali Sierra chart, and corresponds to my subscription package 12, or different from SC Data All Services?

I want to ask to you, is the data of the CQG WebAPI the same as the SC Data All Services and the Denali Sierra chart, and corresponds to my subscription package 12, or different from SC Data All Services?

Whatever data you are setup to get data from us (Denali Exchange Data Feed or Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed), then you it does not matter what the Service setting is set to, that data will come from us. For instance, in your case, you are setup to get the CBOT with Market Depth through the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so for any symbol that trades on the CBOT you will be getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Any other symbol, however, we would expect to come from your trading service (CQG in your case).

I have another question! How do I set a limit for bid/ask Market Orders Columns? I don't see the symbol I get from CQG WebAPI in the Symbol Settings menu Global Setting?

As long as your Current Selected Service is set to CQG, then you should be seeing the symbols from CQG when you go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. For example, for the image you show, on the Symbol Settings window, you would need to find 'F.US.TYA?##' where ? is the contract month and ## is the 2 digit year for the contract.

Ok! For my trade, I set up the symbol under the CQG WebAPI (as an example F.US.TYAH22), (I will not be able to trade under the symbol from SC how ZNH22), respectively, my terminal receives data with this symbol (F.US.TYAH22).
Do I understand correctly that in my case the symbols are different (CQG WebAPI and SC Data All Services) bat the market data are common (one), or the data comes from the CQG WebAPI different from the SC Data All Services?
I am asking this question because if SC and the CQG have different market data, then how should I trade? Where can I pay for data subscription and trade through the terminal SCh?

We know it seems a bit complicated, but it's really quite simple. Sierra Chart is setup to receive data either from us (Sierra Chart) or from the trading service. First it looks for data from us, and if you are not subscribed to real-time data for a particular symbol, then it will try to get the data from your trading service.

We take care of understanding what data is for what symbol given the differences in the symbols for different services. Therefore, it does not matter that CQG calls the symbol TYA and SC Data - All Services calls it ZN. If you are setup to get that data from us, then it comes from us, otherwise it would come from your trading service (as specified above).

Therefore, in this case, since TYA (ZN) is traded on the CBOT, and you are setup to get real-time data for the CBOT from us, the data is coming from us. You can verify this by noting the [M] notation after the symbol in the chart header. Refer to the end of the section at the following link:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
