I have two instances of Sierra Chart. The main one is for Bund trading and the 2sd one is for CME and ES trading. I have a problem receiving datas for CME. All charts and DOM are refreshed every 5 to 15 seconds and not in a constant way. Everything is ok for Bund Is it a problem of receiving datas ? Thanks |

There is nothing in your log file showing any issues. Additionally we do not see anything in regards to the symbols USZ1, and we do not know what commodity this symbol is for.

Sorry it's not USZ1 but ESZ1 I recorded a vidéo showing the the latency in Sierra Chart compared to Quantower which is really explanatory but I don't know if I can transfer it to you ? Thanks |

Ok first you are using CQG and you are running a sub instance. You are not using the right symbol. Neither of those symbols you gave are even valid for CQG. And they are not even shown in this log either. Open a chart for the S&P 500 Mini futures through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CME and choose the correct symbol. Hello, I'm sorry but I have 2 accounts and I mixed up symbols between 2 accounts. I'm running EPZ21 as it is written in the log file and I am with Denali. And sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't work. I don't change qymbol in the meantime. Thanks |

You are still definitely not using the correct symbol. That is not a valid symbol. Go to the main instance of Sierra Chart, and not a sub instance so there is no confusion and open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CME to make sure you are using the right symbol. The symbol as we see in that chart is correct. It is F.US.EPZ21 . What is the current issue you are having with that specific chart?

Exactly what is explained in the first message. Sometimes, not all the time, price freezes and are refreshed only every 5 to 15 seconds. And it's not only for one particular chart. It's for all F.US.EPZ21 chats and Dom. Today it works ok but it was not working for the last 2 weeks in the morning and it was ok the afternoon. Unfortunately, I trade only in the morning. Thanks |

Ok we understand now: Sometimes, not all the time, price freezes and are refreshed only every 5 to 15 seconds. And it's not only for one particular chart. It's for all F.US.EPZ21 chats and Dom. The Message Log is not helpful. Instead refer to the information here: Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds (4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds) Set the Use Real-time Data Compression setting to High Compression and set the Remote Buffer Delay Send Time in Milliseconds to 250. See if this minimizes the issue. Be sure to reconnect to the data feed after changing these settings. The Message Log would not be helpful, unless you have detailed heartbeat logging enabled.
