Ok first you are using CQG and you are running a sub instance. You are not using the right symbol. Neither of those symbols you gave are even valid for CQG. And they are not even shown in this log either. Open a chart for the S&P 500 Mini futures through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CME and choose the correct symbol.
