Ok we understand now: Sometimes, not all the time, price freezes and are refreshed only every 5 to 15 seconds. And it's not only for one particular chart. It's for all F.US.EPZ21 chats and Dom. The Message Log is not helpful. Instead refer to the information here: Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds (4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds) Set the Use Real-time Data Compression setting to High Compression and set the Remote Buffer Delay Send Time in Milliseconds to 250. See if this minimizes the issue. Be sure to reconnect to the data feed after changing these settings. The Message Log would not be helpful, unless you have detailed heartbeat logging enabled.
