hello, I broke with Tradovate and i got a routing via CQG. Also have pkg 11 with Sierra. I plan to chart + trade with just Sierra through that routing with Tradovate. So far I was able to set it up but upon configuring it by following this documentation: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services My charts lacked data. If i also revert back to SC All data, i then lose the capability to execute. Please help, I think I missed something here. |

Okay, it's fixed now and i cant see much more historical data. I'm not sure what fixed this. But here are the following things I did: 1. Put a country in my profile here 2. Put broker name in my profile here 3. Downloaded the following through Edit> - Download Data for All Historical Chart - Download Data for Associated Watchlist Symbols - Download Data from End of Chart - Delete all Data and Download Not sure which fixed it but I hope to know so I would know how to deal with it next time. |

If you still have a problem, follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". You are having connectivity issues. There are several of the following messages in the log: CQG WebSocket socket (3) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

Hi John, Thank you for the response. Today when I saw the suggested steps from SC Support, i proceeded to do so and it brought me back to having only 1 day of intraday data. I left it open for atleast an hour and somehow the intraday charts became populated again. May I however clarify if I'm connected to it via Denali or CQG? Also is this (Connectivity Issue) the sole reason why I almost get no intraday Data? Thank you. |

You are getting your EUREX data from us (via the Denali Exchange Data Feed). Any other data would be coming from CQG. Your service setting is set to CQG, so you are connecting to them for your trading (at least, and possibly for other data). The connectivity issues are almost assuredly why you are having issues with the data. I had my connectivity issue fixed, however, i still lack some historical data with my charts. How do i setup it up so that i get full denali data for eurex but still able to execute through cqg from tradovate routing? |

We are not seeing any issue with downloading of the historical data in the Message Log looking at the most recent historical data downloads. We need to know more precisely what the issue is with historical data.
