Hi John,

Thank you for the response.

Today when I saw the suggested steps from SC Support, i proceeded to do so and it brought me back to having only 1 day of intraday data. I left it open for atleast an hour and somehow the intraday charts became populated again.


May I however clarify if I'm connected to it via Denali or CQG?
Also is this (Connectivity Issue) the sole reason why I almost get no intraday Data?
