You are getting your EUREX data from us (via the Denali Exchange Data Feed). Any other data would be coming from CQG.

Your service setting is set to CQG, so you are connecting to them for your trading (at least, and possibly for other data).

The connectivity issues are almost assuredly why you are having issues with the data.
