Unable to connect Trading Evaluator [Trading] for Apteros Eval

I received the instructions below from Apteros. When I follow them, I no longer have a Green connection indicator but a Yellow one. And on my DOM I see no reference to Trading Evaluator, am only given the option of Sim1. Please advise, thank you.

Instructions received from Apteros]:

[In order to get logged in and trading:

Start Sierra Chart on your PC, and log in.
Go to File > Data/Trade Service Settings
In the dropdown at the top, set your service to 'Trading Evaluator [Trading]'. Again, do not select the delayed version of the Trading Evaluator just below it.


You're now ready to trade for your Tryout account.]

Please verify that File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to Trading Evaluator [trading]. If this is not set properly, then refer the following information for how to work with that particular new window item:
Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options)

If this is correct, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Your Message Log shows a connection to the Trading Evaluator as well as a connection to "SC Data - All Services". For what you are referring to, you need to be connected to the "Trading Evaluator".

In both cases, we do not see any issues in the log. What exactly is occurring?

Apteros sent me an email the same as the above user but there is no account there to trade on.
In the drop down menu to select an account the same menu you would see Sim 1 When using SC Data
it says Unset and there is nothing else available in the menu.

First we need to make sure you are successfully connecting to the Trading Evaluator.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

And then also provide us the Trade Service Log, about the last 20 lines or so:
