Please verify that File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to Trading Evaluator [trading]. If this is not set properly, then refer the following information for how to work with that particular new window item: Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options) If this is correct, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.
