Everytime I open File> New Chartbook, it opens up with 2 charts like in the attached pic. How do I get it to stop opening with that, and just open to blank screen so I can create my chart from scratch.

It definitely should only be opening a new chartbook without any charts in it. Are you absolutely sure you are selecting File >> New Chartbook?

Assuming you are selecting File >> New Chartbook, if you were to close that chartbook that opened (Chartbook2) and then select File >> New Chartbook again, does it open Chartbook2 or Chartbook3? And does that chartbook also have those 2 charts in it?

What you are stating should not be happening.

We assume that the charts that are showing up in Chartbook2 are not important to you and you do not want them. If this is the case, then we want you to delete Chartbook2 by going to File >> Open Chartbook, then selecting Chartbook2 in the list and then select the Delete File(s) button on that window and then close that window.

Then go back to File >> New Chartbook and let us know if you have an issue. It should open Chartbook2, but with nothing in it.

I have no CB2 in File> Open CB. There is only CB1, ExampleCB, CBExample.

Ok. We just realized what is happening. You are not getting those two charts as part of opening a new Chartbook. Those charts are "Detached" charts from another chartbook. And you may have them to set for Window Always Visible. So it just appears that those windows are associated with the new Chartbook, but they are not.

You will need to decide to how to deal with those windows. You can "Attach" them back to their main chartbook or close them if you do not need them. Refer to the following regarding Attaching and Detatching:
Detaching and Attaching Chart Windows

OK I figured it out, something to do with the Emma CB so I just closed it and copied the studies to a completely new chart.
Also how can I change my data/trade service settings back to the original way.

You can not change your Data/Trade Service Settings window to the previous window. We are working on all new windows and what you are seeing with the Data/Trade Service Settings (and other Settings windows) is our new style.

You can make changes to the colors of the window. You will find the information on these options in this section:

Chart Menu > Chart Settings > Advanced Settings, very bottom for each chart or Global Settings Menu at very bottom right is Time Zone Settings.

There is a Global Time Zone for your charts. To change this go to Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings. For information on the Time Zone settings, refer to the following (note that the images need to be updated on the page for the new Settings windows):
Time Zone Setting

Each chart can then either use the Global Time Zone or have it's own time zone. Refer to the information here:
Time Zone Setting: Using Different Time Zone in Individual Charts
