There is a Global Time Zone for your charts. To change this go to Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings. For information on the Time Zone settings, refer to the following (note that the images need to be updated on the page for the new Settings windows): Time Zone Setting Each chart can then either use the Global Time Zone or have it's own time zone.
