Ok. We just realized what is happening. You are not getting those two charts as part of opening a new Chartbook. Those charts are "Detached" charts from another chartbook. And you may have them to set for Window Always Visible. So it just appears that those windows are associated with the new Chartbook, but they are not. You will need to decide to how to deal with those windows. You can "Attach" them back to their main chartbook or close them if you do not need them.
