Issue with trading evaluator SpeedUp. Error downloading historical intraday data.

Hi guys, Currently I'm working with trading evaluator SpeedUp https://www.speeduptrader.com, I started on Monday 6/21 and was able to trade normally until Thursday 6/24. On Friday 6/25, out of nowhere, I got message "Error downloading historical intraday data. Data for instrument not allowed", screenshot attached. I'm well aware of this thread which explains I need to contact the broker: CQG Symbol is unknown Real time data for instrument not allowed (corresponding to ID =1) I've been in contact with the trading evaluator (SpeedUp), CQG and AMP (CQG told me to contact AMP) and nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue. CQG and AMP ended up redirecting me to SpeedUp but SpeedUp's support is useless. I agree with CQG and AMP, the issue must be resolved by SpeedUp. As per CQG: "After looking at your account, while you are enabled to view the data, you are not enabled for the Historical Market data feature, which explains why you cannot access that historical market data." AMP said they have no control over the SpeedUp demo. SpeedUp says everything seems alright on their end, which is BS. I'm contacting you to see if there's anything you recommend? Maybe the issue is on my end and I'm missing to enable/disable a particular setting? Under Current Selected service I have: CGQ WebAPI. I I don't even know if this is correct as SpeedUp doesn't provide a connection guide for Sierra Chart, I connected everything myself when I started and it worked until Friday 6/25. Thank you |

Honestly, we have no idea. Logically, whomever provided you with the CQG account is the one that needs to deal with your issue (whether that was AMP or SpeedUp). But, since you do have a CQG account, then we would recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed and not worrying about whatever is going on. Although you will have to pay us for the data. You definitely will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data when using CQG: Documentation: Denali Exchange Data Feed Do not rely upon CQG data. It is not acceptable for Sierra Chart. Hey guys, I appreciate your help. Before I consider other solutions, like the one pointed above, I would like to review the issue one more time. I want to be open minded and assume that the issue is on my end since SpeedUp claims that the data is working correctly. Attached you will find a screenshot of their latest email, and a screenshot of my current configuration on SC. What am I missing? is my configuration correct? Do you recommend I adjust something? Would you like to receive screenshots of other sections on my Sierra Chart for further review? Thank you in advance |

Thank you for your help. I entered the CQG credentials on the CQG platform and on the Tradingview platform and the data works fine on both, but still doesn't work on SC, same error message. Is it possible that there's a bug on Sierra Chart affecting the data? |

It sounds like you may be having the issue described here: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements But there is definitely not an issue with getting CQG data into Sierra Chart.
