Honestly, we have no idea. Logically, whomever provided you with the CQG account is the one that needs to deal with your issue (whether that was AMP or SpeedUp). But, since you do have a CQG account, then we would recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed and not worrying about whatever is going on. Although you will have to pay us for the data.
