Hi guys, Currently I'm working with trading evaluator SpeedUp https://www.speeduptrader.com, I started on Monday 6/21 and was able to trade normally until Thursday 6/24. On Friday 6/25, out of nowhere, I got message "Error downloading historical intraday data. Data for instrument not allowed", screenshot attached. I'm well aware of this thread which explains I need to contact the broker: CQG Symbol is unknown Real time data for instrument not allowed (corresponding to ID =1) I've been in contact with the trading evaluator (SpeedUp), CQG and AMP (CQG told me to contact AMP) and nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue. CQG and AMP ended up redirecting me to SpeedUp but SpeedUp's support is useless. I agree with CQG and AMP, the issue must be resolved by SpeedUp. As per CQG: "After looking at your account, while you are enabled to view the data, you are not enabled for the Historical Market data feature, which explains why you cannot access that historical market data." AMP said they have no control over the SpeedUp demo. SpeedUp says everything seems alright on their end, which is BS. I'm contacting you to see if there's anything you recommend? Maybe the issue is on my end and I'm missing to enable/disable a particular setting? Under Current Selected service I have: CGQ WebAPI. I I don't even know if this is correct as SpeedUp doesn't provide a connection guide for Sierra Chart, I connected everything myself when I started and it worked until Friday 6/25. Thank you |
