I have submitted a sell order for 2 contracts (2 targets with a common stop) however only one contract has been fulfilled. I have checked with my broker and they say that only one contract has been ordered. The quantity for the trade was set at 2 prior to making the order. I have attached an image, can you kindly provide me with your input? Many thanks Aryan |

If your broker only shows the one order then look at your Trade Service Log to see if there is anything in there that shows that there may have been a rejection and ending up with a quantity of 1. Although, really that should be reflected in the software if we did receive that information. Also look at the Trade Activity Log for the same information, although see if it does show a quantity of 2 going to the exchange. It does not sounds like we have the information on what happened, or else it should have updated. Therefore, you may have to manually delete the currently open order since it sounds like we are not getting the data from the trading service. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log And also refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Look at the Trade Activity Log and see what was the quantity of the original parent order at the time of submission: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity You need to look at the first line for the order, where the status is "Order Sent". And look at its Quantity. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
