Denali feed- Not loading data

Hi, I am now paying for Denali CME bundle and Eurx feed. When I log into SC with this account id, The symbols have changed automatically, but the data I am getting seems to be limited on all products to the last 5 to 10 days and Im only getting live realtime from a handful of markets.
Please help.
I am switching back to the amp subscription account feed for now, but have little days remaining on this. ID: ACxxxx18

You need to only be logging into your Sierra Chart software with the account from which you posted this Support Board thread. Do NOT use the other account. The other account only still exists since we have added time to let people switch.

The account from which you posted has the correct Usage Time and has the Denali Exchange Data Feed active.

If you have logged into your Sierra Chart software with this account and you are having the issue you mention above, then do the following:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

So I fixed the market profile as I had package 10 instead of 11 ie standard rather than advanced. Apologies.
However, I can only see Top of book on my ladders for 6E and CL. I have full book on DAX.

You need to activate the exchange fees that support market depth for the exchanges that you need:

Hi John,
Here is the message log after a clearing of it as requested. I recently connected to LIVE trading account. However when I log in, on my profile page, it says that the trading account is not verified since last september? Could this be an issue? I have an AMP account.
I have also noted at about 4pm GMT and 7am to 8am GMT thatall the charts seem to be performing a type of reference check and seem to be stuckj in an update loop where they all glitch constantly.

First you can disable the heartbeat logging. You do not need that. You can disable that through Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings.

I recently connected to LIVE trading account.
We want you to do this again, and then follow the instructions below. You might be connecting to a demo account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
