You need to only be logging into your Sierra Chart software with the account from which you posted this Support Board thread. Do NOT use the other account. The other account only still exists since we have added time to let people switch.

The account from which you posted has the correct Usage Time and has the Denali Exchange Data Feed active.

If you have logged into your Sierra Chart software with this account and you are having the issue you mention above, then do the following:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
