First you can disable the heartbeat logging. You do not need that. You can disable that through Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings. I recently connected to LIVE trading account. We want you to do this again, and then follow the instructions below. You might be connecting to a demo account. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog thatall the charts seem to be performing a type of reference check and seem to be stuckj in an update loop where they all glitch constantly.
