Hello,

I'm with AMP and I need to add credit to my Sierra Chart account now that you are transitioning to direct billing, which is fine.

My account control panel says I need to make a payment of 36 USD. It says I'm using package 5.

Here's my query, I thought I was using the Denali Exchange Data Feed with order routing from CQG, however, as I said, it doesn't seem like Denali is active.

Basically I'm not sure how much to pay. Should I change Service Package to number 11?

Additional note: I tried contacting AMP to get clarification. I asked them which data feed I'm using, however, they couldn't give me a clear answer and told me to contact you.

Thanks in advance.

It looks like you got caught in a timing situation. AMP had taken you off their internal billing on February 25, 2021, at which time the Denali Exchange Data Feed was turned off.

But, when you signed in again on March 1, 2021, AMP registered you as active and renewed your Usage Time for the month of March, but did not reactivate the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you.

So that is why your account is setup the way it is. It is also a perfect example of why we have switched to having you pay directly for your Sierra Chart. At this point, you have the control.

Given how long it has been, it is best if you just follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get it setup (if you are going to use it):
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Your other option would be to get the data from CQG, but we do not recommend that, as they have limited historical data.

Thank you for your response.

So, if I understand correctly, my data is coming from CQG and not Denali?

If so, should I first contact AMP to disable CQG data and only allow CQG order routing (to avoid being billed twice for exchange fees) and then add credit to my account, change Service Package to one that includes Denali and follow the set up instructions in the link above. Is that correct?

Thanks in advance.

The answer is yes at this time:

Yes this is all correct understanding:

Thank you for the prompt response.

Lastly, I'm located in Colombia, to add credit to my account, can I pay with Stripe using my Mastercard from my bank in Colombia? The name of the bank is Bancolombia.

If so, is there any added costs?

I appreciate your help.

Yes we do not see this as an issue. Whether there would be a foreign transaction fee or not we do not know. Currently the payment processing accounts are US-based. We are working on European-based ones as well.
