Hello, I'm with AMP and I need to add credit to my Sierra Chart account now that you are transitioning to direct billing, which is fine. My account control panel says I need to make a payment of 36 USD. It says I'm using package 5. Here's my query, I thought I was using the Denali Exchange Data Feed with order routing from CQG, however, as I said, it doesn't seem like Denali is active. Basically I'm not sure how much to pay. Should I change Service Package to number 11? Additional note: I tried contacting AMP to get clarification. I asked them which data feed I'm using, however, they couldn't give me a clear answer and told me to contact you. Thanks in advance. |
