Hello, I have an account with AMP futures, and have been using SC version 3 (Free), now as the billing has been changed from broker to self assisted. Today I upgraded from version 3.0 to version 5.0, but when I click on download the current version on SC it shows me the installer for version 10? Could you please assist me to download version 5.0 rather than 10 which it shows up on the installer? Thank you! |

These are not valid Sierra Chart version numbers. So we do not really know what you are referring to. It does not matter what the installer version number is. That is irrelevant. I had package 3- $26 (which was free with AMP), now I upgraded to package 5- advanced (with volume TPO)-$36/month, but not sure how to download it, because when I follow the instructions you laid down I see installer for package 10, at the moment I can't even connect to the data, because on SC it says that is is some technical issue with the current package, so would need to upgrade to the newer version. Thank You!

I'm attaching a snapshot of the error that I get when I log in Sierra Charts, and can't connect to the data feed. I'd appreciate if you could please look into this issue and assist me in resolving it. Thank you for the help and assistance.

First, you do not need to update anything to get Package 5. That is just a licensing item, so the fact that you changed your account to Package 5 is all you needed to do. We are not sure exactly why you are getting that error, but the first thing you need to do is to update your software, as the information in the System Notification Window shows, you were on a version that is no longer supported (at least when you took the image). So first, update to the current Release by selecting Yes on the window in the bottom right of the image you show to open the Installer. Once you are on the Current Release (v 2239), then you should not have any issues. Let us know if you do.
