I had package 3- $26 (which was free with AMP), now I upgraded to package 5- advanced (with volume TPO)-$36/month, but not sure how to download it, because when I follow the instructions you laid down I see installer for package 10, at the moment I can't even connect to the data, because on SC it says that is is some technical issue with the current package, so would need to upgrade to the newer version. Thank You!
