Hi, I can't get intraday live data feed with any symbol. I've tried every possible fixes from the website. Every time I open an Intraday Chart, the loading box says : "loading historical chart" I noticed that in : Chart Settings > Date Range In Files, it is set to yesterday's date. I can't change the date because the box is locked. I tried to fix it with the "Use date Range" setting, but nothing... My data/trade service is : Trading Evaluator and I'm trying to simulate Eurex :FGBL Thanks for helping me |

im having the same problem. do you use AMP? Ive been talking to them for a week and cant get my issue resolved. only hlep SC gives is sending me to a website to sift through. AMP says im good to go... never had this type of problem with my charting so im struggling. if you get anywhere pls share and i will too. |

Regarding post #2, we see this thread from you: chart isn't updating Based on the description of your problem, you are receiving the data, but the chart bars are not updating. So our response is the correct response. My issue started when i changed over to Denali feed. Only need CME. Ive had an on going conversion with AMP. They told me I was good on their end. With Regards to Post #17: Are you changing the symbols when you switch between the services? They each use a slightly different symbol format, and when you change the Service and select OK on that window, you should get a prompt that asks if you want to update the symbols to the current service, in general, you should say Yes to this. If, for any reason, the symbols are not updated, then use the option "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
