hi i cannot trade i have no live feed,i keep receiving a Service correction message stating that that my logon is diabled. please help AC 127048

Everything on your account looks good, there is no reason why you should be getting that message based on your current profile.

So, the first thing is to make sure that you are logging into the Sierra Chart software using the correct Account Name, which is: AC127048 (no space after the AC). If you are having a problem with your password, then you can reset your password on this page:

If you are certain that you have the correct Account Name being entered, then you need to use the Forced Login option to make sure that the information on your local system is updated from our servers. Refer to the information here for how to use the Forced Login option:

Thank you John, i used the forced login but to no avail still receiving the same message (your login is diabled )just a thought i added another computer via the Additional Systems (optional) would that contribute to the problem.Patrick AC127048. Thank you

No, adding an additional system would not cause this. When exactly are you getting this message?

If it is in your Message Log, then please attach your Message Log to this thread.

If it is before you login, if you have the capability of taking a screenshot of what you are seeing it would be helpful.

There is some confusion here. This error is from the CQG trading platform service which you will no longer be using:
(your logon is disabled contact your FCM )

We see your account is set to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed activated, so you need to start with step 9 here:

Yes, that is a CQG error. We cannot help with that and it should no longer be relevant.

We see your account is set to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed activated. Therefore, you need to start with step 9 here:
