That is a TransAct error. Refer to this information: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#AccountLogonError Also, if you were logged in from both computers then you may have an issue with multiple logins. You will need to talk to TransAct about this in either case. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-12-08 20:03:59

Please refer to the above posts 3 and 3629. As you suggested, I contacted the Transact's support. My emails and their responses are as follows. Please let me know what to do? Logon error:-1(-1) Inbox Sitara Tunuli 1:39 PM (52 minutes ago) I can not connect to data feed on a 2nd PC. Sierra allows connection to two PCs. Every time I try to connect Sierra Chart on a 2nd computer I receive the logon Transact Support 1:43 PM (48 minutes ago) to me, Transact Apologies. Account 5380 is setup for standalone Sierra Charts for TransAct’s data. We do not restrict connections, if you can log on to one computer, then you can log on to two or three or more. I am not sure why Sierra Charts is giving you the error. Everything is setup on TransAct’s side for account 5380. Sitara Tunuli <stunuli@gmail.com> 1:50 PM (41 minutes ago) to Transact Thanks for the prompt reply. Is my Transact account able to use the websocket connection with Sierra Chart? With thanks Sitara Tunuli Transact Support 1:53 PM (38 minutes ago) to me, Transact Yes. You are setup for using what we call Sierra Charts Direct or a Standalone Sierra Charts connection. This is the same connection you are already using. There is no difference between them on our end. Either something has changed on Sierra Charts end between the two machines or some setting is different between them causing the issue. |

Go through all the instructions given in the section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#AccountLogonError (Account Logon Error) It is beyond our ability to help with this any more because we do not control those connections. If you want to use a service, where we can help with the connection, then look at using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service instead: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service This is one of the reasons the above service was developed so that we can provide a better quality of service to users and so we can help with problems. It is not good when a user contacts us for help, and is not able to get help, and their broker is not helping them. So please consider using the above service. . I am not sure why Sierra Charts is giving you the error.
Sierra Chart is not giving this error. Transact is. Transact should be able to look into why you are getting that error.
