rel 2201 (and 2200) I'm not able to download intraday data from new EUREX feed (xxxxx-EUREX new naming style), the error is invalid symbol Instead Daily data was correctly downloaded. I was able to download intraday data from the old EUREX feed, then I tried the " translate symbol to current service " but it fails with the same message, invalid symbol. The problem happens on all symbols that I tried (FESX, FSTX, FDAX and others) Already done "update symbol setting from server" and " translate symbol to current service ", nothing changed. We do not have this problem when using version 2201 or any version. There must be a problem with the Symbol Settings. So I take fresh install of each release between 2192 and 2201 and found that everything works fine up to version 2198. From 2199 I get "invalid symbol" error downloading intraday data (daily data works) only for the EUREX feed. So something happened between those 2 release. I'am on windows 7. Please can you check? We will need to do a remote assistance session with one of you to look into this issue further. One thing to be aware of, with a new installation, is that it takes about 10 seconds or so to receive symbol settings. So if a Chartbook was opened before those settings were received, it would result in a failure of historical data downloading. Just installed 2201 release on other pc, same credentials, windows 10 this time, with no prior SC install. Same problem with eurex, cme works. So, the problem is not machine specific, probably there is something in my account on your server, probably some kind of authentication or authorization for this specific feed that cause this issue. Or perhaps me and the other user with same problem live in same nation and can be an unreachable server? Between 2198 e 2199 something changed. NOTE: I had edited log 2199 in post #3, realized that the DTC server message was probably activated by me, so take a new fresh install in new folder, the log refer to this new installation in folder SC2199A, problem persist anyway.
