We do not have this problem when using version 2201 or any version. There must be a problem with the Symbol Settings.
We want you to disable this setting on the Global Symbol Settings window: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) After that follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Already done, did not works. So I take fresh install of each release between 2192 and 2201 and found that everything works fine up to version 2198. From 2199 I get "invalid symbol" error downloading intraday data (daily data works) only for the EUREX feed. So something happened between those 2 release. I'am on windows 7. Please can you check?
