Denali data feed not coming through, Stock data is fine?

hello i am a subscriber to both denali feed for futures, and stock data . i renewed monday, stock data is fine but ES data is not working. Is there something wrong with Denali at the moment? everytime ive renewed my subsriptions, both of them work no problem, i dont have to do anything. not sure where to start |

I dunno but the Denali feed went out for 5 minutes earlier today and I lost 50 ticks because of it. I don't even know what to do at this point besides not using the feed anymore, it seems like we are being used as guinea pigs.

Regarding post #2, no the data feed did not go out. You have must of had a connectivity issue on your side. The Denali data feed uptime has been 100%. It has never gone down and will not go down. it seems like we are being used as guinea pigs. No there was no problem on our side at all. This is a completely false claim. But if you have another installation of Sierra Chart where someone is using your account, then if they are receiving the Real-Time data, then you cannot be and vice versa. If you want to be able to receive the Denali Exchange Data Feed on two different systems at the same time, then you can add a second exchange fee to make this happen.
