Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Did exactly 9 steps below but still no data upon "delete all dataand download" log sys same:
No historical data client is currently set to download historical Daily data for SPX500. | 2020-09-04 01:32:49.911

Also there is no SPX500[M] , the [M] never shows up on chart title just SPX500

Optional: If you want to apply the Intraday Session Times to the charts as defined in the Global Symbol Settings, then select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Enable the Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart option and press OK. Otherwise, make sure this option is disabled if you do not want the Session Times settings in the chart changed.
Go to each chart and Trade DOM window for the particular symbols there is incorrect Symbol Settings for and select Chart >> Chart Settings on the menu.
Select the Advanced Settings 3 tab.
Make sure there is no checkmark by Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change. It needs to be disabled. If it was enabled, disable it and press the Apply button.
Select the Main Settings tab.
Press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button.
Press OK.
In the case of the Historical Daily charts which also includes Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly chart bars, it is necessary to re-download the data if the chart bars are not displaying correctly relative to the last bar in the chart. To do this, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
Repeat the above steps for each Chart and Trade DOM with which you have a Symbol Settings issue.

You may have inadvertently altered the symbol settings. Disable this option:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

I uncheck "Use customs symbol setting" still same problem after data reconnect. Then I deleted CustomSymbolSettings.sc_futures.dtc.trading.xml and restarted but still same issue, btw file was empty just header and then blank: <symbol-settings/>

Doesn't the log suggest that i send the request properly and perhaps my profile wasn't set up or enable for it:
No historical data client is currently set to download historical Daily data for US2000. | 2020-09-04 09:25:12.173

I tried all major CFDs in the CFD-FXCM symbol selector with "historical chart", SPX500, US30, etc and ALL shows exactly same failure as in log above.

Are you opening this chart from the main instance of Sierra Chart or a sub instance?

In the instance you are opening this chart in, go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Do you see this symbol listed there?

We are not noticing this ourselves with US2000 or any CFD when using the SC Order Routing service.

Main instance, i see all CFD at global settings > symbols settings. Also I did a round of test switch from "SC Future Order Routing/Data" to "SC Data all service" and then back. Did conversion, did everything correct. It is a new install default settings. And 100% all CFDs with Historical chart setting had same problem. My I suggest you get my password in case "Status: Open | Ticket ID: 1599056948221",

I just reset to a temporary for you. It takes like 2-3 mins to set the default install, my acct was just setup this week. I did so much testing ( and it is a simple basic thing with CFDs charts) so please just log in and see the issue yourself with my specific login. This back and forth just takes lots of time, please just send to me the 4 basic config files, if it works with SC DATA all service or with SC Furture Order routing with my login. Thank you very much, please look at Ticket ID above.

Really does not make sense. And yes at this point we need to do a remote assistance session to see what the problem is. We will follow up on Monday.

In 30 seconds, you can just use my password ( I put in Ticket ID: 1599056948221 ) with a fresh install or any working install CFD charts and see exactly what I see in log file. Agreed, it doesn't make sense and therefore my specific login profile is 'somehow' the issue to rule out. It seem more time wasted to do 'remote assistance' on my default install, I am interested in you proving that my login works elsewhere with your setup and therefore "it is my problem". If you just send to me the default 3 or 4 settings file that you have CFD charts working with my specific login, then the problem is solved very quickly. Thank you!

Ok we realize what the problem is now. You need to change to the Advanced service package. Contact your broker for this since the account is through them.

But look at your own web Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages which said Service Package 3 does include: Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Forex/CFD Data Service , just please see I did screenshot too and attached. You cannot read that and not see it is 100% clear. Also the deal advertised by AMP and by also you clearly states Service #3 is not diminished version because of AMP billing -- sorry but I see this answer that I must have Advanced Package 5 completely wrong by your own web and AMP!

More place this is clearly stated:

Ok, I will take it up with AMP on the idea behind the the AMP-Sierra setup. Thank you for your time! Please make this clearer for future support (and you web documentation) so that we didn't get to this point with so much delays. It is simply WRONG to not have 3 categories clearly explained: "affiliate basic service 3". "sierra basic service 3" and "sierra advance service 5" --- please respect people's time and intelligence by being clear and transparent. With all due respect, that shouldn't be asking for too much in any business relationship. Again, thank you sincerely.
