SC Not connecting to CQG Data, was working yesterday.

Hi, I have been using SC for over a month without any issues. I am able to open SC but I keep getting 'Not Connected' in red. I use AMP and CQG. I notice on the message log that it says Connect to Data Feed : current service package does not support this function. Select Help > Account Control Panel to change your package. But I have not changed my package so I am confused by all of this. I have restarted SC, entered my CQG login again but still no connection. Please can you help?

On August 31, 2020 AMP removed you from their billing system with us. Therefore, you are now using an expired account, as you do not have any usage time with us directly.

We have no insight as to why AMP has done this and you would need to talk to them about it.

If you want to pay for Sierra Chart directly with us, then you would need to add funds to your account and then select a service package. Refer to the information here:
