On August 31, 2020 AMP removed you from their billing system with us. Therefore, you are now using an expired account, as you do not have any usage time with us directly. We have no insight as to why AMP has done this and you would need to talk to them about it. If you want to pay for Sierra Chart directly with us, then you would need to add funds to your account and then select a service package.
