Hi, I have been using SC for over a month without any issues. I am able to open SC but I keep getting 'Not Connected' in red. I use AMP and CQG. I notice on the message log that it says Connect to Data Feed : current service package does not support this function. Select Help > Account Control Panel to change your package. But I have not changed my package so I am confused by all of this. I have restarted SC, entered my CQG login again but still no connection. Please can you help?
