I have sent the message log after clearing, disconnecting and reconnecting Denali data feed. Thank you.

We are working on adding additional details into heartbeat messages received on the Sierra Chart side to help users understand why these issues occur. We will do our best to get this out by morning.

And also for the record, monitoring the Denali data feed from the South Pacific with active contracts like the ES, we have never noticed the data feed ever stopping or lagging (other than expected subsecond lag).

So this issue is always going to be some issue with the reliability of connectivity and available bandwidth between the server and the users location. The logging we are going to be adding, will give greater insight into this.

We want you to update to prerelease 2122:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure you are running the prerelease. Provide the Message Log next time you have this issue.

We noticed a problem like this, but the issue is not related to the network connection. It is not a server issue either. We need to see if what you are observing is the same.

Just to be sure, you are running the most up-to-date code, install version 2123 which is now the main release:
Software Download: Fast Update

Also do not use a chart update interval less than 300 ms globally:
General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)

And avoid making this less than 100 milliseconds for an individual chart:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

Thank you for the response. I have updated to version 2124 and made the suggested changes to chart interval update times. I experienced some lagging which I believe corresponded with ServerSendBufferSizeInBytes logs up to 2856. Please see attached screen shot. Thanks again.

How much of a lag did you notice? That buffer size is not a problem. The data we see in those messages looks completely fine.
