We are working on adding additional details into heartbeat messages received on the Sierra Chart side to help users understand why these issues occur. We will do our best to get this out by morning. And also for the record, monitoring the Denali data feed from the South Pacific with active contracts like the ES, we have never noticed the data feed ever stopping or lagging (other than expected subsecond lag). So this issue is always going to be some issue with the reliability of connectivity and available bandwidth between the server and the users location.
