I use SC version 1076 and TWS Build 943 Dec 17 2013
Since a few weeks ticks YM TICK-NYSE-I-NYSE on 12tick and 1 min chart are not shown correctly. All ticks are higher than zero, so above 0 and consequently ticks cannot be used any more.

Please provide a solution, thank you

We are not sure how this was handled before. But what we are seeing is that error filtering if enabled through Global Settings >> Error Filter Settings, is being applied to the TICK index symbols and it should not. We are going to prevent the filtering from occurring. This could be the problem.

What is a problem you are having with YM?

Andswering your question: I do not have problems with charts of the YM itself but only with the tick charts symbol TICK-NYSY-I-NYSE.
In the chart the value remains above zero (0)

Update to Sierra Chart version 1078 by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

Also we recommend using the Sierra Chart market statistics instead. These are more reliable. Refer to:

Use the Sierra Chart market statistics. You can find them under File >> Find Symbol>> Market Stats.

We are not going to commit more time to Interactive Brokers market statistics.

I am very sorry to hear that, I am using Sierra Charts for years now and those tick charts also quite some time, at least a year.

As I use them in a way I worked on for months I don't have the time and the intention to do that again on Sierra Charts statistics provided it is possible to do that.
I looked at it and it seems to difficult for me due to language stuff, I am a Dutchman.

Are you maybe suggesting I should ask Interactive Brokers to look into it?

Suppose their statistics did not change at the issue of the latest review of TWS I am using.
Statistics are simply data and when the chart changes in a new release the cause is probably to find there.

Yes, please ask Interactive Brokers about this.

Did this problem start happening when you updated Sierra Chart or when you updated TWS?

I will ask IB about this problem too.

When I installed the latest version of Sierra Chart a few weeks ago I saw a message that SC only worked using a certain issue of TWS and to be sure I installed the latest version of TWS too.
So I can't answer your question although its a good one, sorry.

I tried again to find a solution myself and opened a new intradaychart using file/find symbol/Market Stats and it worked except for the fact that in the new chart the old contract expired in March shows up. How can I roll over a $tick chart? Maybe than the problem has been solved.Sorry for latew answer.
Thank you

We have been told that the latest version of IB Trader Workstation resolves this issue.

Open a chart for TICK-NYSE-I-NYSE, it should work properly as long as you have the latest version of TWS.

It also sounds as though there might be a problem with the Sierra Chart symbol settings, perform a Full Reset of them following the instructions here:
