Hello Support, I have paid for my Denali Data Feed Fees through end of April and have followed the steps to reconnect account but I am still having issues on receiving real-time data. As of now, its delayed data for my account. Can you please check on the back end of my account to see what the possible issue that is preventing me from receiving real-time data and let me know? It looks like you uuse TD Ameritrade for your trading account. We are no longer able to process TD Ameritrade as a valid trading account for the purposes of validating your status as a Non-Professional with a trading account for the data from the CME Group. We have gone ahead and given you 10 days of data for this month, but you will need to find another way to validate your status. Hi, It appears my 10 days for data has ended for this month. My charts at the moment are not moving real-time and are delayed. I went through your recommended method via the link above but want to ask if I use Tradovate (using Dorman Trading firm) then is this a possible option to use as a purpose of validation? The account is live and funded at the moment vs AMP I would need to complete all steps before I can use SC real-time again. Please let me know if Tradovate (using Dorman) is a viable option. I am trying to get my SC charts back up in real-time. Thanks, HN |

Hello Support, I went ahead and used your preferred method of using AMP Global as a supported funded account to connect with SC. I have a received a wire deposit confirmation e-mail from AMP Global. Can you please contact AMP to have it assigned/connected to my Sierra Chart account (oxcap8)? I'm trying to essentially use Sierra Chart with Denali Data Feed without having to pay any additional monthly fees other than what I'm currently paying with SC. My trade executions will be through another broker (Tradovate). I have been on delayed data past few days so any assistance to get this expedited for me to get back on real-time data would be greatly appreciated.
