Hello Support, I have paid for my Denali Data Feed Fees through end of April and have followed the steps to reconnect account but I am still having issues on receiving real-time data. As of now, its delayed data for my account. Can you please check on the back end of my account to see what the possible issue that is preventing me from receiving real-time data and let me know?
