Hello Support, I went ahead and used your preferred method of using AMP Global as a supported funded account to connect with SC. I have a received a wire deposit confirmation e-mail from AMP Global. Can you please contact AMP to have it assigned/connected to my Sierra Chart account (oxcap8)? I'm trying to essentially use Sierra Chart with Denali Data Feed without having to pay any additional monthly fees other than what I'm currently paying with SC. My trade executions will be through another broker (Tradovate). I have been on delayed data past few days so any assistance to get this expedited for me to get back on real-time data would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional information to help get this processed. Thanks in advance! |
