hi Custom spreads symbols do not work when using denali even after translating symbols? do you have a work around or solution thank you custom spread symbols in Denali |

{esh20}-{nqh20} it worked with my old data feed (gain) but not working with denali even after translate symbol to current service is there a list of symbols for DENALI? the major indexwes and futures THANK YOU |

First thing, you need to update to the Pre-Release version. This will ensure that you have proper historical data for the custom symbol. Next, you need to enter the symbols as they are for the service that you are using. You can find the list of symbols by selecting File >> Find Symbol. It looks like you are using the TT Order Routing for your trading, therefore the entry would need to be {ESH20-FUT-CME} - {NQH20-FUT-CME}. doesnt work. i set up all the other ones on my old feed and symbols but none of them update. I do have my old ones but they stop on teh 28th when i stopped receiving data from GAIN Your help would be appreciated thank you

it is just a black screen and i ma not going to post a picture of a compeltely black chart. It does not work means using multiple different tries on my end maybe 30 different combintions of the TT/denali symbols for a basic spread DOES NOT GIVE ME the expected out put of a spread chart. ESH20-NQh20 with the tt symbol nomenclature and all of the correct settings in the custom symbol settings MY switch to DENALI has been aabsolutely miserable. I have had problems from the very beginnig and synthetic spreads havent worked i.e. no chart (NO LINESon the screen representing the data on an XY axis basis) THank YOU do you want me to send you a BLANK SCREEN that is all i get |

I like the quote feed Denali is fast and clean and I am frustrated not with you or sierra as much as I am with trying to do this on my own and hitting a brick wall thats all. thanks |

on my second instance even implied spreads wont update. they show up but are frozen

Helped user with customs symbols. We encountered no problems and they work properly. But exchange traded spreads for the Sierra Chart order routing service in a sub instance are not using the proper symbol format. We will resolve that. hi, I am once again having trouble with the custom symbols. I am putting them in the system corerctly and I am even duplicating some that work properly and changing the symbols and these still are not working. I think it must have something to do with tick sizing or something else. Can you maybe give an example of tick sizing the futures indexes and how that should be put into a custom symbol. Also when i hit update from server it actually deleted 4 or 5 custom symbols that i just added. one last thing. ON a SECOND INSTANCE custom spread symbols do not automatically reload the data once you log out and you must manually have teh historical data reloaded am i missing a setting or something to have this automatically updated after logging off? thank you |

The problem would not be related to the tick size. Any further help with this will be chargeable. The functionality does work properly and we demonstrated that to you, when we helped you remotely. You have to make your own determination as to what Tick Size you want to use. Also when i hit update from server it actually deleted 4 or 5 custom symbols that i just added. We understand the condition in which this occurs if you did not click OK after adding the new symbols. We will resolve this.one last thing. ON a SECOND INSTANCE custom spread symbols do not automatically reload the data once you log out and you must manually have teh historical data reloaded Not sure we understand this. Sub instances subscribe to the individual symbols and perform downloads for the individual component symbols so there should not be a problem.
