The problem would not be related to the tick size. Any further help with this will be chargeable. The functionality does work properly and we demonstrated that to you, when we helped you remotely. You have to make your own determination as to what Tick Size you want to use.

Also when i hit update from server it actually deleted 4 or 5 custom symbols that i just added.
We understand the condition in which this occurs if you did not click OK after adding the new symbols. We will resolve this.

one last thing. ON a SECOND INSTANCE custom spread symbols do not automatically reload the data once you log out and you must manually have teh historical data reloaded
am i missing a setting or something to have this automatically updated after logging off?
Not sure we understand this. Sub instances subscribe to the individual symbols and perform downloads for the individual component symbols so there should not be a problem.
