hi, I am once again having trouble with the custom symbols. I am putting them in the system corerctly and I am even duplicating some that work properly and changing the symbols and these still are not working. I think it must have something to do with tick sizing or something else. Can you maybe give an example of tick sizing the futures indexes and how that should be put into a custom symbol. Also when i hit update from server it actually deleted 4 or 5 custom symbols that i just added. one last thing. ON a SECOND INSTANCE custom spread symbols do not automatically reload the data once you log out and you must manually have teh historical data reloaded am i missing a setting or something to have this automatically updated after logging off? thank you
