How to Post a Message for Support

Historical data fail to download

Hello. I have CQG real time data for S&P. But i use historical data to BMF(Brazil). On the free trial, when i insert TPO studies, it works just fine. Now when i try to use historical and TPO studies for BMF currency and futures index it fail to download historical data. Even if i change ti data/trade services to SC data all service, keep getting the same fail to download message. How can i resolve that problem?

I did the procediment to active historical data on my CQG account. Now i can see the historical data, but when i insert the TPO chart study i keep the the failed to download message and the black screen. Other studies im having now problem, only the TPO chart one. In the other hand, if i use on the micro SP, with i have real data, theres no problem and works perfectly.

I had contract the Sierra Chart directly via AMP futures, and add the CQG data services because of the facility. I only need real data for S&P, i´m paying 5 usd/month for real data. If i chance the data service to sierra i will have no problem anymore? i had installed a second copy of sierra and follow all the steps, but still having the same problem. Take a look on the pictures and tell me if i did something wrong. Anyway, whats the link to check the real data price for S&P via Sierra Chart?

The options i got at AMP futures to get real data to Sierra are the ones at the attached file. I really need to solve that problem. If i cancel the real data that i got now and get the real data directly from Sierra, how do i link to my AMP futures account?
