Hello, I received the dialog box message that said market data was set to renew on 4/1/19. I’ve been waiting for the end of the month to change from Full CME Group without Market Depth $3.25 per month to Full CME Group with Market Depth for $15.75 per month and tonight 3/31/19 at about 6:40 p.m est. I activated the new selection thinking it would start April 1st since the current one I was subscribed to was ending on 3/31/19. Right after I upgraded and activated I realized that maybe because April 1st was about 5 hours away the system would bill me the entire $15.75 for the last 5 hours of March and then deduct another $15.75 at midnight. If that’s true is there anyway you can apply that $15.75 to April which is what I had intended to pay for? Since only a few minutes has passed I deactivated it so it wouldn’t charge me again in a few hours. Thank you. |

We apologize, but it is not possible to apply the Fee for April, as the exchange was activated within the March Billing cycle. During exchange activation we clearly show the period for which an exchange is going to be activated, and the date for the next renewal. The exchange fee has been collected and will be paid to the exchange because they are going to demand payment. It does not help to ask us nicely.
