Hello SC Support,

I have activated SC Data Feed service last Wednesday (November 13th). After the activation my account “Additional Services Balance” shows an existing amount of 14.00 USD which is correct (I had a balance of 35 USD and I would have been charged 21.00 USD for the remaining period of the month).

However, when checking my bank account statement I saw that I was charged 35.00 USD instead of 21.00 USD.

After seeing that I logged in my SC account and in the section “View Invoices/Receipts for Previous Payments” / “Receipts” I could see that the “Price Paid” row is in fact showing a charge of 35 USD (Transaction ID 1338276203).

So I guess this was just a mistake and I was charged for the complete month full amount.

Please take a look at this situation and if this is the case take the needed actions to correct it.

I don’t need you to refund that amount back to my bank account – just do it the easiest way for you (i.e. adding it to my credits or so).

Thanks in advance.

My apologies, I think I might have got it wrong.

After reading this sentence in more detail this billing procedure is probably correct:

"The billing for each month is prorated. Therefore, if you enable the market data feed somewhere after the first of the month, then the amount deducted from your account credit balance will be less than the full amount for the feature. Please note, that in the case of exchange fees (where applicable), these are billed in full each month"

If I am getting it well now please accept my apologies. This is due to my mother language not being English...

Thank you.
